This fun and easy to understand lesson will teach you about your female hormonal cycle, the male hormonal cycle, the cycles of nature, the moon and your circadian rhythm so that you can understand why you feel a certain way at different times of the day, month or year.
You'll learn how you can have more energy and sleep better and how amazing your body is, how predictable your energy/mood shifts are, how connected to nature those shifts are and why you often struggle more than you need to by ignoring or going against these important cycles.
This is one of my favourite lessons to teach and some of the most powerful, foundational knowledge all women should have about their mental and physical health.
